Muhammad Ubale Kiru Gives Invest Bamboo 48 Hours To Create Support Hotline Or Face Legal Action

A top investor and investment educator, Muhammad Ubale Kiru, has threatened legal action against investment platform, Invest Bamboo, over its failure to provide a dedicated customer service and support hotline.

In a public notice issued on Monday, Kiru said the platform, which manages financial holdings for a large customer base, currently operates with only a single email address as its support channel, which returns an automated response and takes up to five days for a real reply.

He described the situation as unacceptable and risky for users, especially in emergency situations where customers are left without any immediate support or recourse.

“At present, the only channel available to customers is a single email address that returns an automated response, followed by an actual reply after approximately five days. This means that in the event of an emergency, customers are left entirely without support or recourse,” Kiru said.

Kiru, who claims to have referred over 20,000 people to Invest Bamboo and currently holds the highest number of referrals on the platform, said members of his investment community often face urgent issues with no help.

“This is especially concerning given that Invest Bamboo manages the financial holdings of a large customer base. I have personally referred over 20,000 people to the platform and currently hold the highest number of referrals on record,” he stated.

He issued a 48-hour ultimatum to the company to establish a functioning, dedicated customer support hotline, failure of which he said would compel him to proceed with legal action.

“This is a formal ultimatum: Invest Bamboo has 48 hours from the time of this notice to establish a functioning, dedicated customer support hotline. Failure to do so within this timeframe will leave me with no choice but to proceed with legal action,” the notice reads.

Kiru said he decided to make the complaint public in order to prompt swift action from the company and to ensure the platform builds a responsive support system that matches the trust and volume of business users have invested in it.

As of the time of filing this report, Invest Bamboo is yet to issue an official response to the notice.
