“I Pray To God, If He Wants To Take Abdul’aziz Yari’s Life, He Should Take Mine Instead” — Hon. Yahaya Breaks Down In Tears

In a highly emotional moment that stunned attendees at the All Progressives Congress stakeholders meeting in Talata Mafara, the Executive Chairman of Talata Mafara Local Government Area, Hon. Yahaya Abubakar Yari, burst into tears and offered his own life as a sacrifice for his political leader.

With his voice cracking and tears rolling down his face, Hon. Yahaya Yari declared before a packed hall:

“Ina rokon Allah idan zai daukar rayuwar jagora Abdul’aziz Yari ya dauki tawa rayuwata a madadin shi. I am praying To Allah, if He intends to take the life of our leader Abdul’aziz Yari, He should take my own life in his place.”
The dramatic declaration was made in the presence of the former Governor of Zamfara State and APC presidential campaign director, Senator Abdul’aziz Abubakar Yari, who was attending the meeting as a key leader of the party.

The LGA Chairman, who could barely control his emotions, said his prayer was borne out of deep loyalty and appreciation for Senator Yari’s uncommon generosity to the people of Zamfara State.

According to Hon. Yahaya Yari, Senator Yari has been silently transforming lives through massive financial interventions, with residents across the state receiving direct bank alerts running into millions of Naira.

“People are receiving alerts of one million Naira, two million, three million, four million! Your Excellency, four people benefited from this batch alone. This blessing from this servant of Allah has reached countless people,” he told the gathering.

He noted that many beneficiaries testified that Senator Yari’s philanthropy was not for political gain but for the continued progress of the community.

Making a passionate appeal, the Chairman urged all beneficiaries of Yari’s kindness to pay it forward.

“I am calling on the people of Mafara who have benefited from the goodness of our leader Abdul’aziz Yari to extend the same kindness to those below them, so that they too can partake in the blessings of Maradun,” he said.

Hon. Yahaya Yari concluded his tearful address with fervent prayers for Senator Yari, asking Almighty Allah to grant him sound health, protect him from disgrace, preserve his honour, guide all his affairs, and elevate him to lead Nigeria.

The stakeholders meeting, which brought together party executives, elders, youth groups and supporters, ended in loud chants of solidarity and prayers for Senator Abdul’aziz Yari.
