Kannywood Actress Zee Diamond Dies In Kaduna After Prolonged Illness

Kannywood actress Zainab Abdullahi, popularly known as Zee Diamond, has passed away.

The actress, widely known as Maman Bintalo and Talatuwa in the popular Arewa24 TV Hausa series ‘Labarina’, died in Kaduna State on Monday after a prolonged illness.

Zee Diamond rose to fame for her role as Talatuwa in the long-running Labarina series, where her character Maman Bintalo became a household name among Hausa movie lovers.

She had been battling ill-health for a long time before her death on Monday.

Her death has thrown the Kannywood industry and Labarina fans into mourning.
